MEMBRANE PRESSURE SENSOR

PURPOSE: A membrane pressure sensor is provided to present high accuracy even at a low pressure in a test material prevented from pollution by different metal ions. CONSTITUTION: A pressure measurement device(10) is used in a pressure sensor and has an insertion unit. The insertion unit has a groove for accepting an O-ring(4). That is, the O-ring passes through an incline portion and is contacted with a sealed sectional area of a housing(1). The compressing force of the O-ring is decided by the size of the O-ring and the sealed sectional area. The compressing force is also not influenced by axial force in connecting a spiral sectional area(101) of the pressure measurement device. Therefore, the sealing characteristic of a connector for a pressure sensor is enhanced by not being influenced by the sealing force by the flow of material from a spiral.
