PURPOSE: A forcible insertion fitting typed cutting tool is provided without giving a bad effect to an environment and without reducing a life of tool. CONSTITUTION: A blade portion(2) is removed from a shank portion(3) and the blade portion(2) is forcibly moved with a stopping screw(15) inserted in the shank portion(3). Thereby the blade portion(2) is removed in a state reduced an insertion fitting hardness without sufficiently expanding an inner diameter of a concave portion(10) for an outer diameter of a convex portion(8). Because a hydraulic tool is not used in removing the blade portion(2), a danger of firing or a need to process a waste oil is not necessary. Because the removing without adding a shock into the blade portion(2), a damage of the blade portion(2) or a reduction of life is not generated. And a worker is not damaged too.
