PURPOSE: A chemical treating method of highly concentrated organic matter is provided, which is characterized in that an ejector is installed so that perfect mixing is performed by strong whirling flow. CONSTITUTION: To remove non-disintegrating organic matter, penton oxidation process is applied. To increase the contacting frequency of the catalyst, peroxide, and organic matter, perfect mixing condition is needed. So, high performance compact reactor is provided in venturi ejector type. Air contacts with wastewater and dispersed, and circulated through ejector head. The wastewater is mixed with penton oxidizing catalyst by strong whirling flow, and oxygen in the air is transmitted so that oxidizing reaction can be occurred. Because the peroxide reacts with contaminants within one hour, floating phenomenon of sludge does not exist, and suspended solids are removed by coagulating.
