PURPOSE: A method for preparing a pharmaceutical composition with modified release of the active principle, comprising a matrix is prepared, which reduces cost for manufacturing controllable-releasable pharmaceutical composition dramatically by modifying air pressure for spraying and ejecting rate of liquid-matrix agent, thereby adjusting release profile, forming uniform film around particles and/or accelerating coagulation of particles. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a pharmaceutical composition with modified release of the active principle, comprising an active principle, a liquid matrix agent and an additive characterized in that it consists in the following steps: while heating and fluidizing, mixing a powder of one constituent selected among the group comprising the active principle and the additive; separately, hot liquefying said liquid matrix agent; then coating said powder, by pulverizing said lipidic matrix agent on the individualized granules; and finally lowering the temperature so as to enable the solidification of the liquid matrix agent.
