CRAWLER TRACK SHOE WITH HIGH STRENGTH AND ABRASION RESISTANCE

PURPOSE: A crawler track shoe is provided to improve impact resistance and abrasion resistance for resisting the load of a heavy transferred material. CONSTITUTION: A substrate is formed by a body(10) and a grouser(12). Herein, the substrate is produced by forging or rolling a carbon steel or an alloy steel. Then, a tip(16) is attached to an end unit(14) of the grouser by using a combining instrument. The tip is produced by a different material such as a rearing welding material. Herein, the tip is installed for covering the entire surface of the end unit of the grouser along the lengthwise, or the tip is installed on the end unit of the grouser with a gap. Moreover, the tip is installed by being inserted to a groove on the end unit of the grouser, or the tip is directly installed on the surface of the end unit in the grouser. Herein, the tip is installed in a welding method or in a brazing method.
