PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the drying period of time by disposing an air jetting means which jets air to an article to be sterilized in a vapor sterilizing device. SOLUTION: In a sterilization tank 1, an air jetting means 17 which jets aseptic air to an article 16 to be sterilized in the sterilization tank 1, is disposed. For the air jetting means 17, a plurality of jetting nozzles 18 are arranged at specified locations in a manner to be confronted with the article 16 to be sterilized, and respective jetting nozzles 18 are connected with a connection pipe 19, and an air feeding line 20 is connected to the connection pipe 19. On the air feeding line 20, a second aseptic filter 21, an air pressurizing means (compressor) 22, a tank 23, a pressure regulating valve, and an air feeding valve 25 are arranged in order from the upstream side. A pressurizing line 26 is provided by being branched from an area between the pressure regulating valve 24 and the air feeding valve 25 of the air feeding line 20, and the downstream end communicates with a groove section 4. When a door 3 is hermetically closed, the pressurized air is fed to the groove section 4 through the pressurizing line 26, and the back surface of a packing 5 is pressed. On the pressurizing line 26, a pressurizing valve 27 is disposed. |
