<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate mounting work and to enable to be used for a higher pressure piping, by constituting wires of a blade cover to be made of stainless steel spring temper material, and by calking to fix both ends of the blade cover to pipelines. SOLUTION: A bellows 1 for a high pressure piping, comprises an expansible cylindrical, bellows 2 and has a blade cover 3 formed by braiding wires f and disposed on the periphery of the bellows 2. The bellows 2 is made of metal material, for example, stainless steel or nickel alloy, and the wire f is made of spring temperature material of strong stainless steel (SUS) 304. Each of ends 2a of the bellows 2 is sandwiched by an outer ring 6 and an inner ring 7. The outer ring 6 and the inner ring 7 are welded with each other, and then they are welded with piping 4. Both ends 3a of the blade cover 3 are calked to fix by calcking rings 7 on peripheral surfaces of the outer rings 6 larger in outer diameter than the bellows 2.</p> |
