<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a thermoplastic resin coated corrugated metal panel by a simplified process reduced in taking-up and unwinding operations without performing baking treatment requiring a long baking furnace and a solvent exhaust treatment device. SOLUTION: In this producing method, a molten thermoplastic resin 4 is allowed to flow down from a T-die 3 through an extruder to be applied to the preheated metal panel 1 wound around a winding roll 5 and the flow-down thermoplastic resin 4 is cooled and solidified while pressed to the metal panel 1 by a cooled pressure roller 6 without advancing crystallization to be applied to the metal panel 1 and this thermoplastic resin coated metal panel 8 is cut. Subsequently, the cut thermoplastic resin coated metal panel 8 is passed through one set or two or more sets of corrugation molding rolls 11a, 11b to produce a corrugated metal panel 13.</p> |
