PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a device, extend of life and reduce a material cost by preventing the sticking of a reaction product on the wall surface of an autoclave, to contrive the energy saving by eliminating the bleed off of a hydraulic oil and to easily change set supercritical pressure. SOLUTION: Variable displacement type hydraulic pumps 1 and 2 are connected respectively to the hydraulic cylinders 5a and 5b of the first and the second boosters 3 and 4 by interposing 2-position switching valves 21 and 22 and subjected to reciprocating motion. The water tank 9 storing aq. soln. W to be treated and the first autoclave 7 are connected by interposing the plunger chamber 6a of the first booster 3, and the first autoclave 7 and the second autoclave 8 are connected by interposing the plunger chamber 6b of the second booster 4. The inside of both autoclaves 7 and 8 are kept in the supercritical state of 100 MPa and 750 deg.C, and oxygen is supplied from a bomb 17 to subject the fluid to be treated to oxidation and decomposition treatment.
