PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a troublesome work such as oil drawing out at maintenance to improve workability by arranging an oil strainer under the oil level in a first oil reservoir of at least one of a plurality of provided oil reservoirs, and arranging electrical equipment or the like in a second oil resevoir. SOLUTION: A first oil resevoir 10 and a second oil reservoir 20 are fitted with separated screws and the like to be made individually detachable and the suction port of an oil strainer 12 arranged in the first oil reservoir 10 is arranged in oil 30 under the first oil level 11, and a solenoid valve 22 is dipped in oil 30 in the second oil reservoir 10. A component buried in the second oil reservoir 20 is a valve or the like having possibility generating a trouble such as air suction, and mainly electrical equipment such a solenoid valve or an oil temperature sensor. In this tansmission 50 constituted in this way, when exchange of components or maintenance is performed, a work can be easily executed only by taking out the second oil reservoir 20.
