PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce force required for rotation of a knob at the generation in a generator for a door. SOLUTION: A knob protruded outside a casing 1 is rotated to wind a spring 18 around a pulley for accumulating energy. A gear integral with the pulley is engaged with a gear 5b, and the gear 5b is engaged with a ratchet 27 to prohibit releasing the energy. As a knob 2 is rotated, a cam 4 rotates a base 16 on which the pulley and the gear 19a are mounted to release engagement of the gear 19a with the gear 5b, thereby a generator 21 is driven by the spring 18.
