PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To previously avoid the deterioration of independent temperature control by temperature interference by prohibiting independent control of respective blowoff air quantities to respective air conditioning zones, and equally maintaining the blowoff air quantities to the respective air conditioning zones when both respective temperature adjusting means for controlling indoor respective air conditioning zones exist in a temperature controllable area. SOLUTION: An inside/outside air selecting door 5, a fan 7, an evaporator 9, a wind distributing door 10 are arranged in order from the upstream side on the inside of an air conditioning case 2. The wind distributing door 10 adjusts respective blowoff air quantity rates of driver's seat side and front passenger side both ventilating passages 12, 13. While, driver's seat side and front passenger side both air mix doors 16, 17 are arranged in a position adjacent to a heater core 15. In this case, when both the ventilating passages 12, 13 exist in a temperature controllable area, target opening of the wind distributing door 10 is maintained in 50%. That is, independent air quantity control of respective air conditioning zones is prohibited to maintain respective wind distributing quantities of both the ventilating passages 12, 12 in the same to thereby prevent temperature interference between the respective air conditioning zones to avoid the deterioration of independent temperature control.
