PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing ozonized water at a low cost by which the ozone concn. in the running water is increased and to furnish its compact production device. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a gas-liq. mixing part, the mixing part 10 consists of an inner tube 1 having small holes 3 in the tube wall and with a coil 4 for supplying an AC minus-ion current wound on the outer tube wall and in which the supplied water is fluidized and the outer tube 2 contg. the inner tube 1 and into which an ozone-contg. gas is introduced, and a space for supplying the ozone-contg. gas introduced into the outer tube into the running water in the inner tube through the small holes 3 of the inner tube 1 wall is furished between the inner tube and outer tube.
