PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a small-sized shelf made of synthetic resin to be suspended and attached to a wall surface by a sucker by replacing the sucker with another attaching means when the supporting force of the sucker is insufficient. SOLUTION: An attaching plate 6 provided with the plural suckers in a size to be projected from the attaching plate 6 is surely pressurized and attached to the wall surface and a downward U-shaped locking part 17 provided on the back plate 10 of the small-sized shelf 1 is locked to a lug part 33 provided on both sides of the attaching plate 6. Then, a double coated adhesive tape 8 is attached to the back surface of the attaching plate 6, and further, when the supporting force of the sucker is insufficient, the attaching plate 6 is turned over and the small-sized shelf 1 is attached by the double coated adhesive tape 8.
