PURPOSE: A sensoring element, specially for an electrochemical sensor, used for determining gas concentration is provided which is able to use a three-dimensional structure of an electrode wiring as a fixing structure and/or a protecting layer for a layer playing a role of catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A sensoring element has at least one three-dimensional electrode wiring mounted on a supporting plate(2) and forms grooves of the depth(T) to measure capacity and/or conductivity variations in a gas-sensitive layer(14) positioned in the grooves. The height(h) of the gas-sensitive layer(14) is smaller than the depth of the grooves.
