PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain excellent transparency, gas barrier properties, adhesive properties or the like by forming a layer containing a polyester graft polymer grafted with one or more types of polymerizable unsaturated monomers with a hydrophobic polyester and a metal oxide thin film layer on at least one surface of a polyamide film. SOLUTION: A layer containing a polyester graft polymer grafted with one or more types of polymerizable unsaturated monomers with a hydrophobic polyester and a metal oxide thin film layer are sequentially formed on at least one surface of a polyamide film. As the polyamide film, an aromatic polyamide containing a terephthalic acid or isophthalic acid and an amide unit having an aliphatic diamine of 10 mol% or above is preferably used. A weight ratio of the polyester and the monomer is desirably 40/60 to 95/5. As the thin film layer, silicon oxide, aluminum oxide, magnesium oxide, their mixtures or the like are used.
