PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a function of a heat shrinkage label by forming a layer made of a polyolefin resin having a specific density as an intermediate layer, forming a laminate by providing a specific cyclic olefin compound and a cyclic olefin polymer on both front and rear surfaces of the intermediate layer, and uniaxially orienting the laminate specific times. SOLUTION: A layer containing a polyolefin resin having a density of less than 0.94 g/cm3 is formed as an intermediate layer, a front surface layer and a rear surface layer made of a cyclic olefin compound represented by the formula and a cyclic olefin polymer made of an ethylene on front and rear surfaces of the intermediate layer to form a laminate, and the laminate is uniaxially oriented three times to six times, wherein R1 to R12 are each a hydrogen atom, a hydrocarbon group, which may be the same or different, R5 and R10 or R11 and R12 are integrated to form a bivalent hydrocarbon group, further R3 or R10 and R11 or R12 form a ring, n is 0 of a positive integer, and R5 to R8 are repeated plural times.
