PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably remove a cutting oil and cutting dust remaining in a screw hole by installing a washing liquid supply means for supplying a washing liquid to a washing part in relevant to washing of a screw hole by inserting the washing part provided with a brush into the screw hole and moving the brush relatively to the screw hole. SOLUTION: At the time of washing a part to be washed, which is an already machine-processed object part such as a screw hole, ultrasonic washing is at first carried out in a washing tank for rough washing and then washing of a screw hole is carried out in a washing site of a washing chamber. That is, an electric power is turned on to drive a pump and then a rotation SW is turned on to keep a rotation axis 5 equipped with a brush part at the tip part rotating by a motor 2 and the brush part at the tip end is inserted into the screw hole. In such a condition, a discharge SW is turned on to discharge a washing liquid, which is supplied from the pump through a tube 10, out of the brush part through a hole 5a in the rotation axis 5. After the washing of the screw hole, the part is put in a washing tank for finish washing to carry out steam washing.
