PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate mechanical working by the thickness side holding means for regulating the second clearance in a prescribed value in the case where the outer diameter surface of a ribbon screw is worn down and reduced by the friction with sludge. SOLUTION: In the thickness side holding means, a projecting member 35 is mounted in freely attachably and detachably at the fitting groove for fitting the projecting member 35, and the holding means is constituted of the bolt 49 fitting to the long hole 51 formed along a ribbon screw 10 and the holding screw 50 herically fitting in freely attachably and detachably to the projecting member 35 at the bottom surface 41 of the fitting groove, so the regulation of the second clearance 9 is easily executed by the operation of the bolt 49 and the holding screw 50.
