PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of bubbles at the time of detergents and stains having an easy tendency to bubbling by controlling a drive means to the operation suitable thereto and to shorten a washing time by enhancing detergency at the time of general detergents and stains having a less tendency to bubbling with a washing machine of a system to execute washing by rotating a washing tank and spraying washing water into the washing tank from above by the centrifugal thereof. SOLUTION: A water receiving tank cover 5 is disposed in the upper part of a water receiving tank 1 internally provided with a washing/dehydrating tank 2. The washing/dehydrating tank 2 is driven by a motor 9 and the motor 9, etc., are controlled by a control means.
