PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a situation that the dispensing number of game balls becomes smaller than a normal number. SOLUTION: A game ball dispensing device 1 provided with a guiding path 6 guiding the game balls in an aligned state and a ball cutting rotary body 20 peripherally forming ball cutting pawls 32 entering the path 6 and stopping pawls 33 to be engaged and disengaged by a stopping member 23 is provided with a rotation regulating member 22 positioned between the pawls 32 only on the side of a tip, on a side opposite to the path 6. The body 20 is rotated at a prescribed angle so as to feed the game balls from the receiving position to the feeding out position one after another by the gravity of the game balls operated between the pawls 32 and attaching/detaching of the member 23 and the pawls 33. In the case that there is no game ball at the receiving position just after the game balls are paid out from the feeding out position, the tip side of the member 22 suspends the rotation of the body 20 at the prescribed angle between the pawls 33 against the pawls 32 fed by the rotation of the body 20 by gravity.
