PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle seal device capable of preventing hardening and embrittlement of a sealed baloon and preventing lowering of sealing performance even when the sealed baloon is exposed to cold of liquefied gas of extremely low temperature in a liquefied gas tank. SOLUTION: This nozzle seal device is furnished with a temperature sensor 12, a heating device 14 and a control device. The heating device 14 is constituted of a hot gas supply port 17a, a cold gas discharge port 17b and a pressure detection port 17c provided in a sealed baloon through a gas supply pipe 5 and a gas supply device, and pressure in the sealed baloon is held roughly constant by supplying inactive gas heated at specified temperature along a lower part inner surface of the sealed baloon 7 from the hot gas supply port, discharging cooled inactive gas from the cold gas discharge port on an upper part of the sealed baloon and detecting pressure in the sealed baloon from the pressure detection port by the gas supply device. Additionally, an electric heater wire 19 is attached on an inner surface or an outer surface of the sealed baloon 7, and it directly heats the sealed baloon.
