PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce oil shortage in a rotary compressor. SOLUTION: A first gas passage 11 is provided in a crank shaft 4 in such a way as leading to an oil supply passage 9 and in eccentricity from the axis of the crank shaft 4. A second gas passage 12 has one opening in a wall surface 11a of a first gas passage 11 located on the side of the axis 18 of the crank shaft 4 and another opening in the outer surface of the crank shaft 4.
