PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable welding simultaneously butted parts on the upper and lower sides of tip parts in the width direction or in the longitudinal direction of face plates on the upper and loner sides of a hollow material and a honeycomb panel. SOLUTION: A rotary tool 1A for friction-stirring-welding is composed of an upper rotary body 2 equipping with a base 2bs having a recessed surface, an upper stirring pin part 3 extending downward from the base 2bs of the upper rotary body 2, a lower rotary body 4 to which a front surface bus having a recessed surface, a plane or a projecting surface is concentrically combined on the lower end of the upper stirring pin part 3 and which is equipped with a base 4bs having a recessed surface on its bottom, and a lower stirring pin part 5 projecting downward concentrically from the base 4bs of a lower rotary body 4.
