PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a surface of a molding board from having many wrinkles by insertion foam integral molding of a polyester film as a surface material and a hard foam polyurethane under specific conditions. SOLUTION: When a polyester resin is processed in a film-like state, the resin is oriented in a range of 80 to 200 deg.C of a resin melting heat treating temperature, a film having a thickness of 50 to 200 microns is molded, an air gap is provided in a film interlayer structure, blended so as to become in a range of 0.7 to 2.0 of a specific gravity to obtain a polyester film 1. The polyesters 1 are used as front and rear surface materials of the film 1, a hard polyurethane foam 2 is cast foamed between the front and rear surface materials, and continuously foamed integrally molded in a sandwich structure without using an adhesive. Thus, a surface of a molded board can be prevented from having many wrinkles. |
