PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan capable of measuring the shape of each vane accurately and reducing the man-hours for measurement. SOLUTION: A reference point A for three-dimensional coordinates measurement is set in the neighborhood of the hub 1 on the surface of each vane 2 of a fan, while another reference point B for three-dimensional coordinates measurement is set in a position in the neighborhood of the external edge on the surface of each vane 2 and behind in the fan rotating direction R, and a reference point C for three-dimensional coordinates measurement is set in a position in the neighborhood of the external edge on the surface of the vane 2 and ahead about the fan rotating direction R. A triangular plane having apices as the reference points A, B, C is approximately decided from the measurements of these points A, B, C to serve for sensing of the rotary shaft of the fan and the inclination of the vane 2 to a plane perpendicularly intersecting the rotary shaft. |
