<p>PURPOSE: A hybrid coating composition which improves the balance among high hardness, wear-resistant property and chemicals-resistant property and has high flexibility is provided. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid coating composition comprises: (A) 5-80 wt.% of an aliphatic polyisocyanate-aminosilane addition which is prepared by reacting (A1) a polyisocyanate which has an average NCO functional value of 2.5-5.5 and has an isocyanate content of 9-50 wt.% on the basis of solid matter and contains an aliphatic polyisocyanate; (A2) an aminosilane of the following chemical formula 1 which has more than 0.7 amino equivalence on the basis of the NCO equivalence in the (A1): (RO)nY3-nSi-CH2CH2CH2-NHZ, where R is methyl or ethyl; Y is methyl or ethyl; Z is selected from the group consisting of H, C1-12 alkyl and CH2CH2CH2-Si(OR)2Y3-n; and n is an integer of 1-3; and (A3) an optional isocyanate-reactive compound other than (ii); and (B) 20-95 wt.% of a hydrolyzate/condensate which is obtained from at least one of hydrolytic silane corresponding to the following chemical formula 2: QSi(OX)3 and/or silanes thereof, where X is C1-4 alkyl and Q is selected from the group consisting of H, C1-8 alkyl, phenyl, methoxy, ethoxy, 3-glycidyloxypropyl, 3-aminopropyl and methacryloxypropyl.</p> |
