PURPOSE: An adhesive film having anisotropic conductivity is provided which is able to maintain high connecting reliability regarding a connection electrode of a fine pitch where oxide film is formed. CONSTITUTION: A adhesive film having anisotropic conductivity which is to electrically connect between connection terminals comprises: (i) an insulating adhesive which is formed as a film phase; and (ii) conductive particles which is dispersed in the insulating adhesive and has a conductive thin film on the surface of resin particle and a projecting portion on the surface of the conductive thin film.
