PURPOSE: A corroding method is provided remove a covered material of thermal blocking from a plane and a curved surface by processing the covered face of thermal blocking with a corrosive liquid in a autoclave without damaging a combined layer or a surface of material and without forming an exfoliated layer after re-covering and thermally treating the covered material of thermal blocking. CONSTITUTION: A covered material of thermal blocking is removed from a metal surface by contacting an aqueous corrosive liquid and the metal surface under a processing condition selected to prevent a form of an exfoliating layer during covering and thermally treating the shifting covered material of thermal blocking. And the shifting covered material is covered. The metal surface is contacted with a KOH corrosive liquid of 40-50wt% or a NaOH corrosive liquid of 40-50wt% under the selected condition contained a pressure over 400psi. The metal surface is contained a nickel aluminide covered material or a platinum nickel aluminide covered material.
