PURPOSE: A structure of a casing is provided to improve reliability on the detection of unbalance by eliminating the sticking phenomenon of a rolling member in the detecting device of unbalance detecting unbalance through the movement of the rolling member. CONSTITUTION: A port transistor(33) is installed in a transistor pocket(24) located under a housing(21) of a lower case(25) for making a light receiving side. An infrared ray diode(34) is installed in a diode pocket(28) of an upper case(24) for making a light emitting side. Thus, the passage of infrared ray faces downward. The installation of detecting device and the location settlement of optical elements are easy while releasing operational load and improving reliability on the reaction of a rolling member detecting an unbalance state. Moreover, a sensing error according to the change in the location of the optical elements is prevented. |
