CERAMIC PAPER FOR USE IN PREPARATION OF MEDIA OF CATALYST FOR PURIFYING COMBUSTION EXHAUST GAS

PURPOSE: A ceramic paper for use in honeycomb structure in media of catalyst for purifying exhaust gas is provided to increase the porosity that is void content of the conventional honeycomb structure. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic paper for use in media of catalyst for purifying combustion exhaust gas according to the present invention comprises : making a paper with composition comprising ; a) 100 parts by weight of alumina-silica fiber ; b) 9 to 15 wt% of 30 to 40% liquid organic binder ; c) 3 to 12 wt% of 40 to 50% liquid inorganic binder ; and d) 3 to 20 wt% of 5 to 15% liquid aluminium sulfate.
