摘要

PURPOSE: A photo-bio reactor suitable to mass culture of microorganism at high concentration is provided. CONSTITUTION: A photo-bio reactor according to the present invention comprises: a) an outer jacket forming a chamber which can contain a micro-organism culture medium; b) a vertical cylinder type transparent inner conduit opened at top and bottom which is installed inside the outer jacket to form a circulation path of the culture medium; c) an aeration means causing upward flow of the culture medium in the inner conduit by communicating with the bottom of the inner conduit and providing air or other gases upwardly; and d) one or more radiants which are installed at inner- or outer-surface of the inner conduit while not disturbing the circulation of the culture medium and which irradiate light energy to the front of the culture medium.
