PURPOSE: A filling-in pile is provided to efficiently construct a filling-in stake by improving a supporting force of the filling-in stake. CONSTITUTION: In fixing a mortar input pipe(13) and a discharge pipe(14) on a stake(11), an upper ring(18) is installed to cover an outer circumference of the pipes(13,14) while a lower ring(18a) is fixed on an outer circumference of the stake. A lower part of an expansion film(12) sealed up in a tube type covers the stake and lower ring, and an upper part is installed to cover an upper ring(18) by accepting the lower end of the pipes in an inner space. Then, a peripheral part of the rings(18,18a) is packed by using steel lines(19,19a) so that the upper ring and steel line(19) fix the stake, the pipes(13,14) and the upper part of the expansion film. In addition, the lower ring and steel line(18a,19a) fix the lower part of the expansion film on the stake.
