<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a packaged article in a distribution stage and, at the same time, to obviate a rupture when it is heated. SOLUTION: A surface modification treatment is applied to a proper location of a peripheral portion of a fused side surface of each of films 11, 12, in pairs, constituting a packaging bag 1, and the treated portions of the films 11, 12 are brought into abutting engagement to heat the entire peripheral portions thereof, thereby fusing the portions to each other. In the packaging bag 1 of such construction, an article W packaged in the bag can be protected in the distribution stage, while the packaging bag can be prevented from rupturing when the article W is cooked by heat, and hence the article W being packaged in the bag 1 can be desirably heated.</p> |
