<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to adequately dehumidify a living room too, while a housing part is surely dehumidified with a simple structure, by installing a dehumidifier using a moisture absorbent in the housing part such as a closet, and also imparting moisture permeability on a partition between the housing part and the living room. SOLUTION: Relating to a building, the housing part 12 such as the closet is arranged in the living room 11, and the partition 13 such as sliding doors is provided on an opening part of the housing part 12. The absorbing dehumidifier 20 using the moisture absorbent 20A which is regenerable is installed in the housing part 12, and the partition 13 between the housing part 12 and the living room 11 is imparted proper moisture permeability. The dehumidifier 20 is installed on the back surface of a ceiling board that does disturb putting-in and taking-out of a housed article such as a thick bedquilt in the housing part 12, and also ventilation is not prevented with the housed article. Also the dehumidifier 20 has an air intake 21 and an air discharge port 22 opened to the housing part 12, and an air discharge port 23 opened to the outdoors, and electric opening and closing dampers 21A, 23A are provided on the air intake 21 and the air discharge port 23. A dehumidifying operation and a regeneration operation are worked with operations of a circulation fan 24 and a regeneration heater 25.</p> |
