<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat and pressure resistant plastic bottle for storing carbonated drink which has a bottom part having such a shape that the deformation thereof due to the heat and inner pressure at the time of high temperature sterilization can be limited to the minimum, without increasing the amount of plastics to be used. SOLUTION: In the heat and pressure resistant plastic bottle 1 having a petaloid bottom part 100 wherein a petaloid leg portion 10 and a nearly circular bottom plate 20 are made integral to each other, the bottom plate 20 has a flat inner surface 20a and the thickness of the central portion 20c thereof is 0.8-2.4 mm and the thickness of the circumferential edge 20d of the plate 20c is 0.4-2.0 mm, and the thickness of the portion 20c is larger than that of the edge 20d.</p> |
