<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge acceptance/rejection of a welded condition between members to be welded in an ultrasonic welding process. SOLUTION: In a process to achieve the ultrasonic welding by the ultrasonic wave to be given from a horn chip, the temperature of a welded part between a second member W2 to be welded and a first member W1 to be welded is measured, the temperature of a placement part of an anvil 12 on which the first member W1 to be welded is placed is measured, and the temperature of the welded part is compared with the temperature of the placement part to judge the quality of the ultrasonic welding. The quality of the ultrasonic welding can similarly judged by measuring the amplitude of the first member W1 to be welded and the second member W2 to be welded.</p> |
