PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily supply lubricant into a shaft hole in a rotary shaft by a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A retainer 16 of a bearing 15 supporting an end part 14 of a gear 12 so as to turn freely is fixed on a transmission casing 17 by a bolt, and a shaft hole 20 and an oil hole 21 communicating with a spline part 13 from the shaft hole 20 are formed in the gear 12. On the other hand, a through hole 22 opposing to the shaft hole 20 is provided in the retainer 16. Moreover, a shelf part 24 formed integrally with the transmission casing 17 approaches to the through hole 22 in the retainer 16 to constitute a lubricant guide 25 arranged on an extension line of the shaft hole 20.
