PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite polyester film excellent in easy slip properties, blocking resistance and shaving resistance. SOLUTION: A composite polyester film has a film consisting of (A) a binder resin, (B) inert particles, (C) a surfactant and (D) a styrenic polymer having a sulfonate base at least on its single surface. In this case, the content of the styrenic polymer (D) in the film is 5-50 wt.% and Ra (square average roughness) of the outer surface of the film in terms of AFM is 3-20 nm and Rz (10 point average roughness) thereof is 2-200 nm.
