PRODUCTION OF INORGANIC MATERIAL CAKED BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an inorganic material caked body without requiring heating to a high temperature. SOLUTION: A formulation consisting of slaked lime and powder of weathered granite and capable of caking by carbonation and hydration under a temperature condition of ordinary temperature to <120 deg.C is prepared. A water-base reactive solution is added to the formulation and kneaded, the kneaded material is press-molded to form a molding and this molding is cured under the temperature condition of ordinary temperature to <120 deg.C to obtain the objective inorganic material caked body.
