METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ALLOY FUEL POLE FOR FUEL CELL WHICH PREVENTS CORROSION OF SINTERING SUPPORT

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an alloy fuel pole for a fuel cell is provided to reduce production cost and improve productivity by preventing the corrosion of a carbon plate as a sintering support using a CO2/CO atmosphere upon sintering a Ni-Al based alloy fuel pole. CONSTITUTION: A Ni-Al based alloy fuel-pole for a molten carbonate fuel cell is manufactured by the process of sintering while being supported by a sintering support. The alloy fuel pole is subject to a partial-oxidation sintering within an atmosphere using a CO2/CO equilibrium reaction which is harmless to the sintering support.
