PURPOSE: A disk drive is provided to store a disk type recording medium in a case safely during using and to fold the case in a small size during non-using. CONSTITUTION: First and second lock sliders(44,45) slide in an arrow direction with a slide grip at the same time as a case(2) is expanded following a contracted lock instrument(43). A locking state of a lower cover(3) and an upper slider(6) to a lower slider(4) are released through the contact of a single finger. However, each first and second lock slider is locked independently if the case is folded through contraction. Therefore, the two members to the lower slider of the lower cover and upper slider are locked in order independently.
