PURPOSE: A connector assembly is provided to supply a disassembler on an optical fiber connector, in order to remove the limitation of the relative movement of the adapter and a panel. CONSTITUTION: A connector assembly includes an adapter(16), an optical fiber connector(18), and a disassembler(104). The adapter(16) includes a link(50) for confining the relative movement of the adapter and a panel. The optical fiber connector assembly according to the present invention is mounted through a hole(32) in a panel(34). The optical fiber connector(18) is inserted into the adapter in an insertion direction. The disassembler(104) is coupled with the link in order to remove the limitation of the relative movement of the adapter and a panel.
