PURPOSE: A formation method of an inner panel hole of a vehicle trunk lead is provided to reduce a weight without weakening of a surface stiffness, by analyzing a former inner panel of vehicle trunk. CONSTITUTION: A formation method of an inner panel hole of a vehicle trunk lead contains the following steps: a first step (S100) to manufacture a shape of an inner panel of vehicle trunk (112) as material of a cooled steel sheet; a second step (S110) to manufacture a forming part (116) to weld the manufactured steel sheet to a outer panel; a third step (130) to determine portions of holes (118) by analyzing the manufactured inner panel of vehicle trunk using an optimum design program; a fourth step (S140) to manufacture holes in the determined portions of the holes.
