MICROORGANISMS HAVING ANTI-FUNGAL ACTIVITY ON PATHOGENIC FUNGI, NOVEL ANTI-FUNGAL COMPOUNDS, AND MICROORGANISM PESTICIDES

PURPOSE: A microorganisms having anti-fungal activity on pathogenic fungi, novel anti-fungal compounds, and microorganism pesticides are provided. CONSTITUTION: Bacillus subtilis var amyloliquefaciens KL1114(KCTC 8913P), Alcaligenes faecalis KL1179(KCTC 8914P), Pseudomonas aeruginosa KL1121(KCTC 8915P), and Pseudomonas aurantiaca KL1326 have the anti-fungal active spectrums specifically on plant pathogenic fungi such as Mucor spp., Pyricularia oryzae, Pythium ultimum, Rhizoctonia solani, Botryoshaeria dothidea, Bipolaris sorokniana, Botrytis cinerea, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Pyricularia grisea, Mycosphaerella melonis, Phytophthora capsici, Alternaria solani, Fusarium oxysporum, or Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, and animal pathogenic fungi such as Candida albicans. The novel 3kDa, 5kDa, 41kDa, and 20kDa anti-fungal compounds produced from the above microorganisms are observed. The microorganisms optionally have organic matter degradability, pesticide resistance, pesticide degradability therefore, they are useful for multifunctional pesticide having environmental protection and purification activity.
