发明名称 METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CONTACT MATERIAL FOR VACUUM CIRCUIT BREAKER
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a contact material for a vacuum circuit breaker is provided to manufacture the contact material having uniform performance and stable electric conductivity by efficiently preventing segregation of chrome particles which may be occurred upon the manufacture of the contact material to be attached to the vacuum circuit breaker. CONSTITUTION: A graphite container is filled with chrome powder having a particle size of 150 to 180 μm while applying vibration. Then, the chrome powder contained in the container is pre-sintered for 1 to 3 hours at 1050°C within non-oxidative atmosphere to form a chrome pseudo-sintered body. Infiltration agents are disposed on upper and lower surfaces of the obtained chrome pseudo-sintered body and the voids of the chrome pseudo-sintered body are infiltrated with the infiltration agents for 1 to 3 hours at 1250°C under vacuum of 10¬-5 Torr. Then, the infiltrated chrome pseudo-sintered body is cooled. Therefore, the process for manufacturing the contact material is completed.
