PURPOSE: An apparatus for supplying an auxiliary steam to a final destination and a method of producing auxiliary steam are provided to allow additional off-line units to use auxiliary steam from the main unit. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a combined cycle system having a steam cooling type gas turbine in which a steam turbine and heat recovery steam generator is in a relation of thermal transmission with a hot combustion product from the gas turbine, the heat recovery steam generator having a low pressure heater for producing steam, the combine cycle operating the steam turbine, a reheater for flowing the spent cooling steam from the gas turbine to the steam turbine, a low pressure control valve for converting at least a portion of the lower pressure steam generated from the low pressure heat so as to flow via a first pipe for usage of an auxiliary steam, a high pressure control valve for converting at least a portion of the spent high pressure cooling steam from the gas turbine so as to flow via a second pipe, a third pipe for receiving the low and high voltage flow of the first and second pipes, respectively, the third pipe normalizing the auxiliary steam to be supplied to the final destination, and a moisture controller disposed in the third pipe for controlling of the temperature of the auxiliary steam.
