PURPOSE: A method for drying difluoromethane is provided which continuously dries wet difluoromethane using an A type molecular sieve. CONSTITUTION: A method for drying wet difluoromethane(F32) is characterized by touching supply raw materials of composition which contains molecular sieves selected from 3A, 4A or 5A type sieve with wet F32 air current at 5-78°C and 0.5-25 pressure, desirably at normal temperature and 0.8-17 pressure wherein F32 air current is gas and contains moisture with not more than 10,000 ppm, desirably 6,000 ppm. Thereby, it continuously dries wet F32 with reducing pause time of a dry column to complement molecular sieve supply raw materials.
