<p>Distinct names of the corresponding pieces of electronic information with their version number are distributed to users of electronic information. A table holds version numbers of electronic information, which can be altered by requests for locking or unlocking electronic information. Upon a request for access to electronic information, the version numbers included in the electronic information are compared with the version number in the table to exclusively control the electronic information by determining whether the request is acceptable or not.</p> |
