<p>A motion converting device capable of diversifying such as a reduction in size, increase in efficiency, reduction in cost, and others, wherein a supporting member is installed in a specified plane limited by a first direction and a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, an oscillation vane is cantilevered by the supporting member so that it extends in a third direction perpendicular to the specified plane, the oscillating vane has first and second surfaces perpendicular to each other in an oscillating direction, both surfaces guide the flow of fluid, the free end part side of the oscillating vane is oscillated more vigorously than a root part side, and a guide means guides the oscillating motion of the root part through the supporting member so that the oscillating vane is moved oscillatingly.</p> |
